Systemic facilitation engages with the Gestalt, 'the whole system'; by finding the root cause of an individual's issues by looking at their whole system, or within an organisation, by taking the whole organisation into account. Revealing hidden or overlooked origins of issues and finds solutions to rectify them. With 20+ years of experience, Richard integrates his expertise with insights from his experience in domestic and corporate environments.

Richard, a Systemic Practitioner since 2006, brings expertise through his private practice and work with UK Parliament. He has worked with individuals, families, NGOs, police, and arts organisations.

Richard has led major projects, including school-based research on child-teacher relationships and two Arts Council UK initiatives on war’s social impact on inheritors.

Mentored by leading practitioner, Judith Hemming, Richard draws from Bert Hellinger’s work and Mark Wolynn’s tutelage. His qualifications span Systemic Facilitation, Trauma Counselling, Psychology, and Global Diplomacy.
