since 2006, richard has worked internationally with individuals and families, NGOs, the UK Parliament, the british police, arts organisations including Dover Arts Development where he is a director. - his school-based research explored child–teacher relational dynamics. richard worked on numerous Arts Council UK projects an example - examining the intergenerational impact of war and 'Dover Unlocked - how artists change the social landscape'. In 2021 richard gave a TEDx talk 'inherited survival mechanisms attach us to the past' - a mentee of renowned practitioners Judith Hemming and Mark Wolynn, whom he assists internationally. richard attended workshops with the founder of family constellations - Bert Hellinger. his academic and professional training spans Systemic Facilitation, Trauma Counselling, Psychology, Global Diplomacy and as an international musician and artist, offering a multidimensional foundation for his work.
